VTEX Integration

VTEX is one of the leading ecommerce platforms in Latin America. Cabify has a VTEX application that integrates Cabify Logistics as a courier for your VTEX store.

What it does

When the VTEX integration is enabled:

• Cabify appears as a shipping option at checkout for your customers.
• Shipping prices and delivery times are calculated automatically based on the customer's address.
• When an order is confirmed with Cabify as the carrier, parcels are created automatically in the Cabify Logistics platform.
• The shipping process is managed end-to-end, including pickup, delivery, and tracking.
• Recipients receive a tracking link to follow their delivery in real time.

How to get started

1. Contact Cabify at [email protected] to enable the VTEX integration for your account.
2. The Cabify team will guide you through connecting the integration to your VTEX store.
