API
The API is a machine-to-machine communication process using the REST protocol. With this integration, your system can interact with our platform and be coupled with your internal processes.
This kind of communication requires a technical implementation in your side to be able to send and receive data from our platform.

DMS
The Delivery Management System is a web application that allows you to manage your shipments. With this tool, you can create, edit, ship, and track your parcels.
This tools is recomended for low volume shippers that do not need to integrate with our platform.

Parcel Tracker
The Parcel Tracker is a web application that allows recipients to track parcels. With this tool, the recipient can see the status of the parcel, parcel position in real time and the estimated delivery time.
The link to the Parcel Tracker is sent to the recipient by SMS by default, if you want to avoid sending it you can disable it, you have more details about it in the notifications section.

Ecomerce integrations
This way of interacting with our platform is the most advanced. With this integration, your ecommerce platform can be integrated with our platform to automate the shipment process.
