Cancels an active journey. Journeys can only be cancelled free of charge before a driver has been assigned. After assignment, cancellation fees may apply if the courtesy period has elapsed (this varies by operating zone).

Returns 409 Conflict if the journey has already been completed, terminated, or is in a state that does not allow cancellation.
